Non-conservatives often tell me that Allen West is polarizing. That he'd never be elected to the office of President. Or that he couldn't carry the Vice-President side of thangs.
My response is always sadness that these folks don't recognize great leadership even if whomped upside the head with it.
When weighing in on Barry's insistence of Romney releasing more of his tax records, witness why I love West:
“Show us your sealed college records and Operation Fast and Furious White House memos, and we will all show you our tax returns.”
Did you hear the whistle of that truth bomb falling from the sky, esploding all over Barry?!
Sure, the comment isn't all that original, lots of folks have been saying it, hell, you probably have said it, but that West ponies up his reputation to say it = leadership we can support.

To the folks who say that, I would point out how polarizing our current president is. That's probably the only thing the Dems have got right. You don't win elections with moderates.
