Let me preface this absolute despicable asswipery with this: I live in Texas and I guarantee you illegals are still flooding over the border.  Hell, I have personally witnessed them swimming across the river to get here.  To say that it isn't happening is akin to saying Bloomberg colons aren't full of crap.

So not only is he deluded (or at least wants us to think that what he says is truth), he then offers a quasi-solution to illegals.
