Patti, don't get too horrified. While she's a very fair lookalike, that's not the real Stephanie Cutter. It's actress/comedienne Janel Benisch from Second City (of Chicago, no less). Compare: Stephanie Janel
Second City Network actually has a series of parody videos portraying Cutter as desperate over the Obama campaign's lack of funds. I most like the one where she tries to out apologize Mitt Romney.
