Did ya hear?  It's all over the conservative site's: Obamacare law suffers first major casualty

That's right lefties, we're celebrating the dismantling of Obamacare.  Deal.

The part of the law that died is long-term care.  It was rolling out in 2012.  Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., led the rallying cry to send a silver bullet through the heart of this beast.  Please go and thank the man.  DO IT!

Implementation of this part of Obamacare hinged on Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius certifying it financially sound.  Because she couldn't, she has thrown in the latex gloves and is saddy sad the government can't ding you for this part.

Thune offered this: "This is a victory for the American taxpayer and future generations.  The administration is finally admitting (the long-term care plan) is unsustainable and cannot be implemented."
