For all of those against gun ownership, you're idiots.
Donna did the responsible thing when faced with the prospect of someone trying to force their way into her home, someone who meant her harm.
Sensible, rational, loving folks around this country stand with you Donna. We're so happy you're safe and that you had the sense to pull the trigger on evil.
It can't be easy taking someone's life, especially when you give them a chance to retreat. It that situation, it comes down to protecting their life or yours.
You made the right choice, Donna.

The only people who want guns banned are people don't want you to be able to protect yourself!
andrew; no doubt this woman would have been attacked or even killed had she not had a gun. so glad she had the gun and knew how to use it.
Patti: Good for her. She could have called 911. Then we would be reading about another death resulting from a home invasion (or maybe not, since there are just too many stories of unarmed sheep going willingly to the slaughter to print them all). Defense of self, home, and family come before any other basic principle.
