Reproductive Freedom

P.C. crap run amok: Why Can't Obama Say The Word "Abortion"?

During Barry's speech, commemorating the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, he didn't use the word abortion, when clearly that's what Roe v. Wade is all about. Instead, he called it "reproductive freedom" as in having the reproductive freedom to abort babies. Yay!

Why is it that Bar won't call an abortion an abortion? (rhetorical. murmur to your computer screen) Why would Barry talk around this issue, when in fact he supports abortions, even horrifying late-term abortions? Why not call it like he believes it, instead of trying to soften the blow with obvious bullshit tactics?

I think you know.

Barry is afraid. He's afraid to rile the right. He's afraid we are, in fact, on to him. In response to his fear, he tries to duck and cover; he tries to save his ass. It's just one more example of this limp-appendage president.

2012 can't get here fast enough.

Patti, I think he can't say it because he knows people don't like it. It's better to use euphemisms -- that's how liberals always works:

spending = investment
taxes = contribution
war = police action
abortion = child planning
etc.
