For the first time, the United States is explicitly committing not to use nuclear weapons against nonnuclear states that are in compliance with the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, even if they attacked the United States with biological or chemical weapons or launched a crippling cyberattack.
Makes perfect sense. If attacked with biological or chemical weapons not to mention a cyberattack, the smart thing to do is get the tickle feather out. Make the thugs PAY!

Anyone of us who has ever been the jacked with in any way knows the only way to stop another attack is to bring a bigger stick than the one you got beat with in the first place.

My first thought is shees, what other new age, can't we just get along garbage is he going come up with?
Then a nasty thought came up. What happens if he gets us into a new war? Is he going to declare martial law so he can fight this thing? Say the Tea Party Activists are behind it? Like I said, a nasty thought.
