Either the glint from a dime caught his eye (BARRY FINDS $$$ TO CUT FROM BUDGET!), he's having a GOP cramp, or he's just practicing for his face to face with terrorist Atmahdinnahjob (more commonly know as Ahmadinejad) in person.
Whatever it is he's doing, I'd wish he'd stop.

There is actual video of this, though the video is shot from another angle and you can't tell for sure WHAT he's doing. Some people say he sneezed, but do you really sneeze ON a person? I thought you actually turned AWAY from them to do that...
